2023, Semester 1 – Buddy Program

The orientation of the “Yeungjin Buddy Program” was held in the first semester of 2023 ended with great success. This program aims to promote mutual exchange between Korean and international students and enhance their understanding of each other through various cultural activities. The program ran from May 8 to June 2.

The orientation was held on May 3, where participants were given notes about the program, then participated in team matching and icebreaker activities. 68 Korean students and 27 international students participated in the cultural exchange.
Participants also submitted videos of their experiences. These activities inspired the creativity of the students and they further energized the program by sharing their experiences.

The Buddy Program at the Korean Language Education Center of Yeungjin University plays an important role in enhancing mutual cultural understanding. This occurs through the interaction with students from diverse cultures. The program allows students to broaden their international horizons and deepen their understanding of different cultures.
